Frances (Aaeshah) Carter is a mixed African American Muslim single parent.

Believes understanding diversity and respecting others no matter their beliefs, race, ethnicity, status, abilities, gender, and non-binary is the fundamentals of love and success.

Frances lived a hard-knock life in the projects in Yonkers and survived all the dysfunctions that came from a life of poverty.  

She takes pride in her diversity, drive, determination, and life’s strifes and moments of joy that fuel and reenergize her motivation, and passion to fight through to make her dreams become life achievable goals and success.  

After 15 of being a mother that supported and advocated for her disabled children while battling her illness, she went back to school for a bachelor's in Business. She graduated as a member and board member of  Strayer University  Honors Community.   With honor classes, she finished at the top of her class with Sum Cum Laude. And she takes pride in being a member of the following honors societies.

1. Alpha Chi Gamma Honor Society 

2. Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society

3. National Society of Collegiate Scholar Honor Society

4. Golden Key International Honor

She continues her goals with her pursuit of her MBA with honor and looks forward to doctrine after graduation in 2022. 

Although these are all great achievements for a warrior woman of color, that survive poverty, oppression, illness, and trauma her success lies in her ability to share and spread her light of love with her kindness, candor with empathy understanding, courage,  trustworthiness, community services at the food pantry to fight against hunger,

her life coach advice and counsel, advocacy for all marginals groups, (mental, physical, and learning disabled, domestic, sexual, mental, and emotional abuse, autism awareness, and respect, equality in all forms, identity understanding and respect, religious, non-religious, and culture understand and respect).

Now she takes her pillars of love, drive, determination, intrigue, respect, endurance, courage, and embracement of diversity that helps her to helps others to bring a smile of joy on the face that warms the heart through her creations of great effort and endurance with every movement with a moment an of love.  With the hope that it be contagious and touch and connect people everywhere.
